How It Works

Here’s what makes the Coffee 4 Missions coffee fundraiser both simple and successful:

1. You Choose the Coffee

   Select from our most popular roasts—available in both whole bean or ground. All of our coffees are infrared-roasted in small batches for smooth flavor, low acidity, and maximum freshness.

2. We Roast, Label, and Ship

   We custom roast your coffee to order, apply your private label branding (including your church logo or campaign message), and package each 8 oz. bag beautifully. Then we box and ship your entire order anywhere in the Continental U.S.

3. You Promote and Profit

   Each fundraiser order includes 100 bags of coffee. The suggested resale price is $9–$12 per bag, giving you the opportunity to raise $900–$1,200 per batch. You’re free to set your own price, but we’ve found this range works best for quick sales and maximum engagement.

  • Choose a LABEL OPTION ~ You have several options to choose from here:
    1. You will provide artwork for your label or

    2. 

       You would like our in house graphics artist to produce it.
       NOTE: CUSTOM DESIGN ~ We will follow up with parameters for your graphics person or to explain what we need to if you would prefer for us to produce your label. There is NO CHARGE for our label design service.
       NOTE: BAG COLOR ~ We may also suggest a bag color depending on your label color scheme. But we will call you and discuss that first.

    3. You want to use our standard Coffee 4 Missions Label (on a blue bag)
  • Choose your SHIP TO STATE. 
    • Shipping is FREE within Zone 1 (Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, North & South Carolina, and Kentucky)
    • For all other states outside of Zone 1 there is a minimal additional-charge.
  • Finally, simply click “Add to Cart” and complete the checkout process. We will be in touch within 24 hours (usually less) to discuss label details if needed and then release your order for production.
• Plan on 10 business days for production and shipment to leave our facility. More often than not, though, we beat that 10 day window by a few days 😉

That’s it. Once we get your order we will communicate with you with one business day to sort out the label and bag color options if needed then get your order keyed-in for production.
