Dr. H. Dale Burke, founder of Leverage Leadership and adjunct faculty at Dallas Theological Seminary, brings over 35 years of hands-on ministry experience. From planting churches in Ohio to pastoring the 6,000-member First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton, CA (succeeding Charles Swindoll), Dale has lived out his calling to shepherd leaders.
His wife, Becky, has been faithfully by his side through more than 50 years of marriage. Together, they have raised three adult children and enjoy life with their eight grandchildren.
